Plot plans must be submitted to the Aesthetic Committee for approval before lot improvements are begun.  Plot plans must be submitted for any changes to your lot. Include detailed measurements.  The standards can be accessed here.

 

Also be aware of the YVOA Rules & Regulations. Included there are specifics about pool use, parking, trash collection, animals, clubhouse use and owner responsibilities.  As a conscientious home owner, care should be taken follow all of these rules.
