Yuma Venture is a 248 unit age 55+ residential park with a mix of park model manufactured homes and recreational vehicle lots. The facilities include a clubhouse for meetings, group meals (with kitchen for food preparation), dances and other group activities; a swimming pool; a pool (billiards) room; a sauna; shuffleboard courts; horseshoe pits; exercise room; library and laundry facility. We have many activities for our residents using the above facilities. We also have 3 weekly golf leagues available. Please see the ' Ongoing Activities' page for further information on these.
Yuma Venture is one of very few parks in Yuma where you actually own the property your residence is on. In most parks you are only leasing the space.
During the winter we have others events also, These include an electric car race, Christmas lighting contest, Welcome Back party, Going Away party, block parties to get to know your neighbors and special occasion dinners among many other activities. These will be shown on the ' Upcoming Events' page.
Our library consists of a wide variety of books donated by park residents.
WiFi internet access is available at the clubhouse.

Business office hours are as listed below. The business office is not involved in the sale/rental of individual lots. The lots are independently owned so you deal with owners or their agent.
October -- Monday and Tuesday 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.
November thru April -- Monday thru Thursday 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.
The business office telephone number is 342-2485. It has an answering machine.
Our Activities office telephone number is 342-6803. It is only available when the Activities Director is resident in the park. This is usually from October thru March. The hours are 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Monday thru Thursday. It does have an answering machine when the director is in the park. Email messages can be left year round thru the Contact Us page.
